Terms & Conditions

Set out below are the terms and conditions on which The Amber Clinic provides services to it's clients. By booking a treatment with The Amber Clinic, you, the client are accepting these terms and conditions.

About You:

You​ must be over the age of 18 to have any treatments with The Amber Clinic. You must disclose any health issues, allergies or medications to us prior to your treatment so that we can assess your suitability. You must no be pregnant or breastfeeding. ​If you have a diagnosed vitamin deficiency, you must disclose this to us prior to your appointment. We do not provide vitamin injections as a form of treatment/therapy for diagnosed deficiencies or for health conditions related to diagnosed vitamin deficiencies. All treatments are subject to your face-to-face consultation, which is included at the beginning of all appointments. It is essential that you consent to before and after photos. Treatments will not be provided without this consent. This is for insurance purposes and applies to all treatments at The Amber Clinic. All photos/videos will be stored securely. However, no photos will be published online or used for marketing purposes, without your freely given consent. 

Deposit:

A deposit of £40 will be required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but will be deduced from the total cost of your treatment. 

 

Consultations:

All treatments include a free consultation at the beginning of your appointment. During the consultation, we will discuss your wishes and assess your suitability. This enables us to create a bespoke plan that suits you. If there are minor changes in your treatment plan following consultation (e.g. using 1ml instead of 2ml, or visa versa), this will not affect your deposit. If you decide you do not wish to go ahead with any treatment, the deposit will be retained and the appointment treated as a paid consultation to cover the Aesthetic Practitioner's time and expertise. 

 

It is a legal requirement for you to have a face-to-face consultation for anti-wrinkle injections, prior to your appointment.​ It is advised to have a follow-up appointment 2 weeks after anti-wrinkle injections. Any necessary adjustments can be made to your treatment here.

Payments:

You will pay your treatment in full on the day of your appointment but your deposit will be deducted from your total cost. We may look into payment plans in the future but at present, this is not an option.

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds on any deposits, treatments, packages or gift cards. 

Rearranging, Cancellations, Late Arrivals or No-Shows:

We understand that life can throw some unexpected curve-balls. If you need to rearrange your appointment, we are happy to accommodate this. However, you must give us at least 48 hours notice. Please contact us at info@theamberclinic.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you with rearranging your appointment. If you inform us within 48 hours, we will do our best to accommodate but we cannot guarantee an alternative appointment will be available within a suitable timeframe. If there is not a suitable alternative appointment, you will lose your initial deposit and we will charge you 50% of your total treatment cost.

If you change your mind about a purchased treatment, we would be happy to exchange it for an alternative treatment or package. However, you must give us a minimum of 7 days notice. This is to allow for ordering and delivery to ensure we have the correct products for your chosen treatment or package. 

If you wish to cancel your appointment altogether, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice in order to reassign your appointment time to another client - if given adequate notice, you will not be charged 50% of your treatment cost, but you will not be refunded your deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. Failure to give the required notice period will result in you losing your deposit and we will charge you 50% of the cost of your treatment. We reserve the right to make this charge if adequate notice is not given. 

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may be unable to proceed with your treatment. Our business runs on a schedule and your lateness can affect other appointments. If we have time to proceed or can make reasonable adjustments, we will be happy to do so. However, in the event that adjustments are not possible and your lateness leads to cancellation, you will lose your deposit and we will charge you 50% of the cost of your treatment. We reserve the right to make this charge if your appointment is missed.

If you do not attend your appointment at all (No-Show), you will lose your deposit and we will charge you 50% of the cost of your treatment. We reserve the right to make this charge if your appointment is missed.

Longevity of Treatment & Sessions Required:

The duration of which your treatment is effective for is dependent on each individual. Several factors such as metabolism, lifestyle (i.e. exercise & sun beds), and health (i.e. smoking & alcohol) will affect how long your treatment lasts. Therefore, it is not possible to guarantee an exact result. Your Aesthetic Practitioner will discuss treatment and manage your expectations on the day of your treatment and they will create a treatment plan tailored to you, your lifestyle and your needs. This will ensure that your Aesthetic Practitioner can achieve the best results for you. Please note, it can take a few sessions to achieve your desired result.

 

Clinic:

Children and pets are not permitted into clinic. This is for safety and hygiene reasons, as well as insurance purposes.

 

Prices & Special Offers:

Our prices listed on our website or social media is subject to change without prior notice. Special offers are subject to change at any time.

Packages:

Unless specifically stated otherwise, our packages must be used within the same booking. All packages exclude Tear Trough Filler.

Gift Cards:

Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and will expire on the expiration date shown on the gift card. If you have a balance left over after using your gift card, this cannot be exchanged for change/cash. Gift Cards are available upon request and will be signed by your Aesthetic Practitioner as verification.

Opening Hours

Our clinic opening hours may vary. You will see the most accurate and up-to-date opening hours upon booking your appointment through our Fresha account.
